Bluebella Emilia Suspender Harness (40954). Strappy elastic harness is adjustable from top to bottom with an attached garter belt to pair with thigh highs, not included. Made of polyamide and elastane. Collar is wide elastic bands that adjust with coated metal hardware at both sides and come together at back with an S-hook. Harness band that connects to collar is fully adjustable. Elastic band that wraps around rib-cage is adjustable at right and left and secures at back with a hook-and-eye closure. See Fitter's Comments below for hook count. Belt is elastic, with wide attached garters, and features adjustable hardware at both sides of front.
